Cypra Mundi: The planet in the northern part of the galaxy which forms the formal headquarters for the Segmentum Obscurus. Here the Master of the Segmentum has his residence, the administrative functions of the fleets are carried out and the Charters for Civilis and Merchant Fleets are registered.

The Segmentum Fortress also serves as formal headquarters for the Warfleet Obscurus.
