Imperial Order of the Hydra

Imperial Order of the Hydra: A group of Inquisitors who claim to be trying to set humanity free by entering and enslaving their minds through the Hydra. This combined human mind could then be controlled by a cabal and its psychic potential could be used to destroy entire xenos races.
The members of the Order include Zephro Carnelian, Inquisitor Baal Firenze, Inquisitor Harq Obispal and twenty-seven other Inqusitors. The members first show themselves to Inquisitor Jaq Draco as a cabal of masks of the Emperor, with their true identities hidden. Draco himself is later inducted in to their ranks, where he begins to try to work against the Order from the inside.
