Moma Parsheen

Moma Parsheen: The Prime Astropath on Stalinvast, she belongs to the Governor of the planet. She is described as a dark-skinned old woman with pure white hair. She also owns a pet cat.
It was Moma Parsheen who was to be used by Inquisitor Draco to call for the Exterminatus of the planet until he cancelled the order, but she sent the message anyway. She was later executed in the Warp by Zephro Carnelian for her actions.
