Null-Sense Hood

Null-Sense Hood: A simple hood, similar to those used in simple modern-day sensory deprivation torture. These hoods, however, provide complete sensory deprivation with absolutely no input at all. They can be used to both maintain privacy from a captive and to ensure that captive psykers are unable to use their powers.
