Traitor Legions

Traitor Legions: The term 'Traitor Legions' refers to those of the original First Founding Legions who followed the Warmaster Horus and fought with the loyal forces of the Imperium in an effort to overthrow the Emperor during the Horus Heresy. It is generally thought to cover those Legions who turned to Chaos; although the exact status of some the Traitor Legions is open to debate.
