New Definitions

New Encyclopedia definitions added...

In the first of my new definitions since ascending to the giddy heights of Chief Librarian of HWT, I've dug deep into my old WD collection and genned up clarifications for The Warp and the Segmentae - the Imperium's method for dividing its territory into fleets and administrative zones.

More to come on the Warp later; it's such a big topic one definition doesn't quite cover it.

I've also been scanning for typos and missed xrefs, and picking up things as I find them.

Mwaahahahahaha! DRUNK ON THE POWER!!!! FEEL MY MIGHT!!!!!
