Excruciator: A collapsable, and thus portable, rack, it is described as a bundle of felixble rods and wires. The Excrusiator is used by Inquisitors in the field to put traitors and the like to the question where they lack either the time or the inclination to transport the prisoner to more complete facilities. Jaq Draco used his to some effect on the vast mutant Queem Malagnia on the world in the Eye of Terror where the Hydra may have, at least in part, been constructed.
