Hive: A self contained tower of gigantic proportions. Usually on planets where habitation on the surface is not possible due to adverse conditions. Lower levels of hives are often a warren of tunnels, abandoned to lawlessness, whilst the richest hive residents live in penthouse towers at the peak.
