Xeres Quintus: The home planet of Inquisitor Jaq Draco. It is the fifth planet orbiting a white sun, and has more mutants and rogue psykers than average. It was only recently (compared to the period of the novel) that the planet was re-contacted by the Imperium.
The non-mutant inhabitants of Xeres Quintus did not worship any god in the normal manner, but instead revile Tzeentch and routinely hold ritual cursings and abuses of him in an attempt to exorcise their population of his mutating touch.
The main industry of Quintus is farming and fisheries, with much of the produce being exported to the neighbouring planets.
