Hive World Terra

Zeus VI

Warning: This definition may contain spoilers from any number of Games Workshop novels or source books.

Zeus VI: A farming world, the population of which believed that the stars were holes in the blanket that the Emperor draped across the sky at night. The sun that the planet orbits only appears to be small in the sky.

The population used to sacrifice crippled children to the Emperor so that, even if the holes in the blanket were not repaired, no new holes would appear. A Chaos cullt, possibly of Slaanesh, took this belief system and warped it. Masquerading as "The Keepers of the Blanket's Hem" they convinced the population to sacrifice older and healthier children, while perverting the sacrifices to the worship of Chaos.
