Gregor Eisenhorn, Inquisitor: Gregor Eisenhorn was born in 198.M41 and became an Inquisitor at age 24. Formerly an Amalathian Puritanical Inquisitor, trained under Inquisitor Hapshant, his experiences on Tracian and against Pontius Glaw led him to use ever more radical methods. Eisenhorn has also received at least some training, mainly in weapons handling, from members of his team including Lores Vibben.
Although a psyker himself, Eisenhorn founded and continually used a group he called the Distaff. It was with the aid of Alizabeth Bequin and Eleena Koi, a new Distaff recruit, that Eisenhorn was able to defend against and then destroy Glaw's daemonhost.
Eisenhorn began his career as a young, dark haired man, resplendent in clothes fit for his rank and designed to impress. Following a session of torture on the Glaw estate with an alien (potentially Dark Eldar) torture device he lost control of his facial muscles and was unable to smile. Later, Eisenhorn lost and hand, which was first replaced with an operational prosthetic before a more advanced augmetic was attached.
During his final official mission, Eisenhorn also lost his legs and was forced to utilise very basic metalic replacements.
By 392.M41 Eisenhorn had disappeared, having been accused of great heresy by Fischig and the sector Grand Master. At this point many of hist remaining staff joined the retinue of Inquisitor Gideon Ravenor, a former pupil of Eisenhorn.
